How many animals can you take at once?
Only 1 family at a time โ up to 3 animals. This is intentional. Your pets receive Lanaโs full, undivided attention throughout their entire stay. No other families, no shared spaces.
Which animals do you welcome?
Cats, rabbits, turtles, birds, and guinea pigs. You can bring a mix โ for example cats and rabbits from the same family together. Each species receives care appropriate to their unique physiology and needs.
Can they move freely?
Yes. Each animal has their own private room with AC, an orthopaedic bed, ceramic bowl, and direct access to the healing garden. They are never caged or confined.
Can I bring their favourite toy or bed?
Absolutely โ and we encourage it, especially for animals with separation anxiety. All Lanaโs own toys and beds are single-use between families.
What is the drop-in service?
